Review the policy below, then contact us with the name or order number used for the purchase.
Standard Shirts
Standard-size, non-custom shirts may be returned or exchanged within thirty days. Items should be unworn and in their original condition.
Custom Shirts
Custom-fit or custom-designed shirts are made specifically for the customer and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges. Contact us promptly if the order is defective or differs from the confirmed specifications.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
Refund Timing
Eligible refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within one business day after the returned shirt is received and inspected.
