Our custom shirts are made in America in as little as one business day once the design is confirmed. Production time is separate from delivery time. For a group order or a fixed event date, contact us to confirm timing.

Orders are normally processed and shipped the next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery time is additional and depends on the service and destination. Read the shipping policy.

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. For help with an existing order, include your order number in your message.

Standard-size, non-custom shirts may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, unworn and in their original condition. Custom-fit or custom-designed shirts are not eligible for standard returns. Contact us before sending an item back. Read the full returns policy.

Please contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and a description of the problem so we can help arrange an appropriate solution.

Follow the care instructions supplied with your shirt. For cotton shirts, use a cold wash and hang to dry; high heat can cause shrinkage. If you are unsure about a particular fabric, ask us before washing.
